I am a MS Biomedical Engineer graduating in December 2021, with 4+ years of Academic, Clinical Research and Industry experience in Medical Device Design, Biomedical Instrumentation, Bioinformatics, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Stem Cell Technology, Advanced Biomaterials, Polymeric Drug Delivery (PKPD) and Regenerative Medicine.
My graduate research is focused on engineering collagen and chitosan based biomaterials for 3D printing of films and testing efficacy of polymers for plasmid DNA delivery in-vitro and in-vivo (mammalian cell of NIH3T3 Fibroblast cell line) using Luciferase (pGL4.5, pEF-Luciferase and GWiz luciferase plasmid) and mtt assays along with synthesizing and characterizing library of Aminoglycoside based polymers.
