In our next semester, we had to make a project again. And from the last time I did one, I realised microcontrollers were not my strong point. Instead, I wanted to do a research project about which you'll be reading further.

Cancer:
The intent of this project was the development of epigenetic drugs that lead cancer cells back towards normal growth instead of destroying them, find a weak point in the cancer development that will help in design of a drug and to foresee the organisms it will affect in the future.
Using NCBI as a database for the gene sequence of prostate cancer in homo sapiens and other 9 species in which it is found, I compared those sequences using BLAST tool available, and presented the results in the form of a phylogenetic tree.
Species compared:
1. Homo Sapiens (Humans)
2. Pan Troglodytes (Chimpanzees)
3. Canis Lupus Familiaris (Grey Wolf)
4. Bos Taurus (Bovine)
5. Mus Musculus (House Mouse)
6. Rattus Norvegicus (Rat)
7. Gallus Gallus (Red Jungle Fowl)
8. Xenopus Tropicalis (Western Clawed Frog)
9. Danio Rerio (Zebra Fish)

Above presented is the phylogenetic tree which was obtained as a result.
